$1M bail after threats to PSP Hazleton

A Harrisburg man threatened to meet troopers at their homes after state police at Hazleton apprehended him when responding to a disabled vehicle on the side of Interstate 81 early Friday morning, court papers say. That allegation, his criminal history and warrants against him outside the area resulted in a bail of $1 million and Giovanni Hernandez’s incarceration at Luzerne County Correctional Facility, Wilkes-Barre, according to court information.
